Join us for lunch and an interactive “perspective” on how to depress stress through physical therapy, training and eating wisely. Jeanne Anne Copleston will share with us her personal efforts to manage stress in today’s hectic workplace. * As this is an interactive session, please be advised to wear comfortable clothing such as loose pants. No one will be forced to participate, especially those with medical limitations.

Jeanne Anne is a well known and respected fitness instructor and Physical Therapy Assistant with over 25 years of experience in the Charleston area. Eager to make an impact on a personal level she is thriving at Perfectly Fit with her creative, unique and upbeat style.
Her background as a PTA takes training to the next level. Integrating core intensive exercise programing with soft tissue massage, myofascial release and joint mobilization is a game changer for creating ultimate results. She assigns purpose to her training sessions, executing proper muscle recruitment and body awareness with each exercise. Her signature blend of strength, length and balance is essential to living a healthy and active lifestyle with fewer limitations.
Jeanne Anne views true health as the balance of strength in the body and peace within the heart. After 2 decades of constant activity, she is finding her balance between striving and stillness through her love of the outdoors, yoga, music, the mountains, and her two grown teenagers. She values learning something new each week and quality time with friends who appreciate authenticity.
