Howard R. Moskowitz, Ph.D., president of Moskowitz Jacobs Inc., is an experimental psychologist in the field of psychophysics. In 2005 he received the Parlin Award from the American Marketing Association, its highest award. In 2006 Moskowitz was awarded the first Research Innovation Award by the Advertising Research Foundation and was also inducted into the Hall of Fame of New York’s Market Research Council. He has made significant contributions to market research including the introduction of psychophysical scaling and product optimization for consumer product development. In the 1980′s his contributions were extended to health and beauty aids.
Ken Rotondo, DVM, is a business management consultant, speaker and veterinarian. He has lectured and counseled a variety of audiences (including bankers, financial services groups, businesspeople and doctors) on the hidden potential found in people, the powers of persuasive communication, and the importance of creating an exceptional customer experience not just a transaction.
